Return and Refund Policy

At Weston Journey, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund, return, and exchange guidelines below.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Products: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the product is damaged or altered.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps for returning the product.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method, any approved refunds will be issued in cash, which will be processed during the return of the product. Please ensure the product is returned within the specified timeframe to receive your refund. Refunds cannot be processed to any bank accounts or digital wallets.

4. Warranty

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. In case of defective products, we offer a replacement or repair based on availability and product condition. Warranty claims are valid only within 3 days of receiving the product.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items, including those that have been opened or used, are non-returnable. These include:

  • Consumable items such as food or toiletries.
  • Items that have been tampered with or show signs of use.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error occurred with the order.
